This Privacy Policy applies to any use of the website www.cpkaustralia.com.au (“the Website”).

Pizza Australia Proprietary Limited (trading as California Pizza Kitchen) (“the Company”/”we”/“us”) is committed to the protection of your Personal Information and your privacy and will ensure that information provided to us is handled in a secure manner. Personal information is information we hold which is identifiable as being about you.

By using the Website you agree with this Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time. You also consent to the collection and use of your personal information as set out below. Please check this site regularly for updates to the policy. The Company cannot be held responsible for errors in content, does not endorse users and is not responsible for statements made by 3rd parties.

Information Collected

The Company only collects personal information about you if you voluntarily choose to share it with the Company.

You will not be required to provide any personal information when merely visiting and browsing the Website. In order to sign up for the Company’s newsletters or email updates you will need to submit your name and email address. Please note that you will not be able to register as a user or sign up for the Company’s newsletter/email updates if you are under the age of 18 years.
